Worked well while artificial bite was hot. Bite then died on all artificials and only live baits were working. Point being, it was working as well as other artificials if not better. Only used this twice caught a bunch of sea trout on it.

I don't know how it works in fresh water but it's great in salt. Got a 10lb 30" halibut in s.f. bay. The water was muddy so I used a black with a chartruse tail. Just jigged it from a pier and nailed a beauty for the bay.
