The Bomber Real Craw Model A is characterized by its textured color patterns. Bass have superb eyesight—even in stained water. If they're on a crawfish bite and you're tossing crankbaits, you'll up your odds considerably by throwing these super-realistic beauties. Their special paint jobs strongly emphasize the tail-under exoskeleton pattern of a scurrying 'dad, and the blood-red eyes have been repositioned to the far back end to complete the look. With long-proven Model A action and XCalibur Tx3 hooks, these baits are ready to pinch up a limit! The Bomber Real Craw Model A will dive three to six feet.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Good crankbait I have used this crank a couple times and overall it is working pretty well for me, I am partial to using crankbaits while fishing and fish love this bait. It has great action in the water and once the bass see it they start coming after it. I have even had a couple of small rock bass that I would have never thought would go after something like this take it. Overall it is a very good bait, 4 stars. September 21, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by All around best crankbait on the market These lures are durable and last forever....but most importantly, they catch more fish. There's something about the thin profile and wobble along with the way it bounces off rocks and comes up quickly. I prefer these over any other crankbait. July 30, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 Fantastic These lures catch river smallmouth better than any crankbait I have ever used. October 5, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by My favorite Crank I'm willing to bet, that over half of all anglers in the country have one or more Bomber Model A's in their tackle box. The Sunrise shad is one of my favorites. I like them so much, I usually end up buying one each trip to my tackle shop to stock up. Of my top 5 favorite baits, the Model A is one of them. These are one of the best medium diving cranks on the market. The are very loud and have tons of action. I am shore bound, so having a quality crank that is not a deep diver is great. I have never had to tune any Bomber crank to make it run true. They are perfect out of the box. Packaging is great and allows me to hang them on the peg board. I haven't had any trouble with paint flaking, chipping or cranks taking on water. These are a great addition to any anglers tackle box. If your just starting out, these would make a great starter crank. September 9, 2012

I use 15 lb Invisix from Seaguar. The floro. is stout and doesn't spook the fish. Seems to be a great combo.

It would really depend on what type of fishing you are doing, 14 lb to 17 lb test
for normal fishing.
