Best crankbait ever runs true, good colors retieves easily basically just a good crankbait July 10, 2012
Best crankbait I have used! These things absolutely rock. I have caught more bass on the dark green crawdad than I ever have on any other crank. If you're thinking about these and haven't tried them, buy them and use them. I prefer the 4A and sometimes put a red treble on the front and a bigger treble in the back, but either way they are the best. I catch bluegill and even squawfish on these things while bass fishing. My biggest bass on the 4A is about 6 lbs. I have literally caught 8 bass off of one tule point on these. The fish cannot leave it alone. I don't even know why they fish so well, they just do. June 28, 2012
bomber Yes I used the bomber model a's I got from you in a recent pro tourney harvested 21.10 lbs took 4th out of 70 they paid for themselves thank you for the prompt delivery had I not got them on time it would have been a different result I'm sure. Basstimemike May 14, 2012
good classic crankbaits very good, they catch fish and they have been around for a while. It's a good idea to try several different colors and at the price it doesn't put much of a dent in your wallet May 8, 2012

In my opinion the color options that are offered by Bomber is much better. I do own wiggle warts and they just don't seem to produce fish as much as bombers do...So yes the Model A is a better crankbait in my opinion.

The action on the rod does not matter that much but I use a medium action. A dark color would be good for the lure but also look at the bait fishes color to determine color.

I use a 7'mm pro glass crankbait rod..if you mean dark stained water and not muddy I like the fire tiger or black pearl. In northern tanic stain I always get some black on my baits if shad are present. Firetiger is good if yellow perch are present

My best color and always has been for Largemouth is a #7 model A in baby bass and brown craw for smallies. If you miss a strike throw a black skirted single crome blade spinnerbait w/o a trailer grub back in for a amazing result, hope this helps your next trip on the water be a great one!

Not in Oklahoma lakes - might work where you are located. I'm not saying it will not catch a fish, but other patterns are more productive. Use patterns to fit your bass forage, usually shad or craws
