Bohning Ferr-L-Tite Cool Flex Carbon Shaft Adhesive
Only hot melt glue I will ever use
Most carbon arrows do not recommend the use of hot melt glue first off, but this is so much different than others. At no time do you need to heat the Insert while in the shaft, heat the insert, apply the glue to insert, put insert in arrow then put it in a cup of ice water. To long up your broadhead you do not need boiling water, just run your sink on hot water and let the front of arrow sit under the how water for about a minute then rotate insert to were it needs to be. Always run the front of arrow under cold water or sit it in ice water after any heating or it will spin or possibly come out. Even in the warm 90+ degree days I never had problems with the glue. Actually removed one with drill bit (slide hammer way) on arrow I thought had been glued with super glue type insert glue, the insert did eventually come out but whole inside carbon wall came out with it destroying the arrow. Now that is holding power!

doesnt like hot weather.
Ok so I bought some of this to install some inserts and easton uni bushings.
It is VERY easy to use, goes on well, works good. it just doesnt like hot weather. Its 100F right now in missouri and after shooting for 20 min the inserts started turning and wanting to pull out.
If you were shooting inside, or were it stays below 80F most the time it would be great.
Now it did work very well on my bushings. which to be honest was the main reason I bought it. I didnt want my bushings glued in permanently and like the fact you just put this in boiling water to remove the bond. this is great if you shoot pin nock and pin bushing..because if you bust one just heat it up and remove the broken bushing.
The bushing doesnt get pulled on, or get much impact, so the bond stayed good in hot weather.
Basically, Great to use on pin nock bushings, or collars or uni bushings. in all weather.
Doesnt work on inserts in hot weather at all.
Would work for indoor shooting, or cooler weather.
Easy to use, and remove.
I will still buy it just for bushings.

This worked great, after putting in incert, I cooled it in cold water, then shot it with no problems. Then I placed on a broadhead, put it in boiling water, and tuned the broadhead how I wanted, back in cold water, then shot it No Problems

So far, so good
This stuff is easy to apply, easy to clean up. It's perfect for fixed broadhead applications. It can be easily reheated for broadhead adjustment. Haven't used it long enough to give it a 5 star rating. But I'm very happy with it so far.
