Bobby Garland Baby Shad
a must add to crappie arsenal
I bought these in a few colors this past month because of the reviews i seen on here.i went out on the ice and we didnt catch alot over all maybe only 15 fish, but we did catch a couple of crappie and a nice 2lb perch on these baby shad .the lake we fished we have fished for 12 years and have never pulled out a perch that big .i would say these are a good bait because i have already seen that the fish will hit them .i havent used these much but will definately be using them this spring and i plan on getting every color available in these .the big perch hit the keylime color

I wish i could share the pictures of the catch. They have already paid for themselves. I'll be ordering more in different colors in the near future. Thanks

Poor Quality Control
Had my local store order from BPS colors of the Bobby Garland Shad ( Crystal Lam # BS148-18 ) they did not normally stock. The baits arrived and were 2 different baits by color though they were in bags labeled as Crystal Lam. I found both colors to my liking and wanted to reorder the color that was darker. I sent the company an email with a picture of the baits. By email I was told there was an issue with controlling the amount of glitter in the baits and they were sorted by color and at my expense I could return for exchange or refund. I really liked both colors and was only seeking to clarify which color was mismarked so I could reorder that color. I have good results with this bait and I am not dissatisfied with them, but find their customer service less than helpful.

go-to bait bar-none!!!
I've crappie fished here in Texas most of the year and I've gotta tell ya fellas these little things work like the dickens. I christmas tree mine on with 1/32 metallic round jigheads and usually run patriot on top blue thunder in the middle and bleeding shad on the bottom. half of the time my jigs would never make it to the bottom. Give em a try and you'll probably be just as shocked as I was when i first threw em. Beware tho because theyll also attract big bass which never faired very well on my 4-6lb ultralight tackle.
