Very nice bag except th small screws hold the handle fell out after two uses. I can't find anywhere to get replacement screws so the bags sits in the closet unused.

The satchel is excellent but the srews that hold the handle have come loose at the airport during my second trip. I would like to get them replaced bu tdo not know where. These small bolts vibrated out during the second trip with the bag.
