Works well so far. I've fished three days and suction cups have held on the road and on the water. I have them stuck on a flat painted aluminum surface. lures can be hung on slots for quick access and don't blow off while towing or on the water (I mounted in a somewhat protected location. NOTE: I have not tried anything heavy like binoculars.

Well made, great design and a good value. I've got two organizers in my boat to stow sunscreen,
glasses, pliers, knife, insect repellant, clippers etc.
it's convenient - what more can I say !!!

thesuction cups dont hold well with heavy objects in organizer even though attached to clean smooth painted aluminum i didnt want to drill holes so icoverd the back with double faced tape so far so good

Always needed a place handy to hold/store
my binos...The Organizer worked out
VERY well...Also sunglasses right there when
needed.....So far suction cups holding up,
NO PROBLEMS.....Easy Out.......
