AWESOME!!! Can't get this type of tie-down for my Glastron Bowrider in Europe so I searched the internet in the US. At first found a different type, this one was under the "suggestion section". Imported them to Belgium, freight was more expensive then the article but they are worth every penny, just awesome!!! Paul, Retie, Antwerp, BELGIUM August 31, 2014
Get the job done Bought the 4' product and works great on my Caravelle 188. The pads are a plus and keep the buckles from marring the gelcoat. The Kwik-Lok buckles are also quite nice, I do not miss having to ratchet my previous tie-downs. June 4, 2014
great product 2ft version fit perfect on my 18 ft flats boat. Good quality and I like the rubber pads and reflective material to protect transom from marring and possibly people running into back of trailer in traffic. November 18, 2013
works ok The problem is the straps twist. They still work, but could be better. October 31, 2013

A:
I think a 4 ft strap might be to long. A 36 inch should work and not have a long wind up. If it is not a rachet then other style is also adjustable. I have both kind.

Details:
The hole in my trailer to the loop on my transom is exactly 24". Is the two-foot strap two feet plus hooks? Or is the maximum 'securing' length 24"? I hate to get the four-foot ones if the two-foot ones are good enough.

A:
The problem you might have is the hooks. You have to be able to turn the hooh into the eyelet. If you can get a 36 inch if not you can cut the strap to what you need. You didnt say what kind of straps you have
