This holster is great. It fits my PT140 Pro perfectly. I have an active lifestyle, and even with bending over, crouching, running, etc, the pistol never moves in the holster and the holster stays where I put it. The holster is very comfortable. No problem wearing it all day.

This holster was perfect for what I wanted. My handgun fit perfectly in it and it fit well inside my pants without any buldging.

I bought one of these the day I got my Concealed handgun permit for my Glock 21. I have used this almost everyday. You can not tell that I am carrying my pistol and its very, very comfortable. Blackhawk makes great products.

I bought this holster for my husband's Taurus 380 that he uses as his carry weapon. It fits perfectly for what he wanted and is of quality material
It's also one of the only holsters I could find left-handed

I don't know if there is a cross-reference available, but I use an Uncle Mikes size one for the Bersa 380, fits perfectly. I also have Redhead sz 29 for it, but it's just a tad big, but it works. Hope that helps a little.

Howdy,Yes sizing is kinda UNEXPLAINED. But... If you scroll down you will see three tabs, first being reviews, click on the second tab description, and sizing willl come up. If I had to guess based on your firearm I'd say 01 is what your looking for.
