First time user. Used on walnut stock of an older Ruger 10/22. Looks great looks on par with some of my high priced gun stocks. More than enough product for 2 gun stocks.

I bought this because of previous reviews. It worked exactly like it everybody said it would.
I only used the Tru Oil on the Winchester Model 70 Stock and finish came out awesome. I put on about 6 coats and sanded and steel wooled after each coat and it turned out very nice.
The only thing that would make this better is Applicators for the Oil & Stain.
The stock sheen worked great on an Old Remington 512 stock that needed a good cleaning and shine to it. Will use it on my other Old Wood Stocks.

I have completed the refinish of an old Springfield 22 single shot and an older Mosin-Nagent Russian. After 7 coats both look beautiful. I did not want to cover the distinguishing wear marks on the Mosin as they give the stock character as a part of history. After the 7 coats of Tru-Oil I can still read the marks. Now they are preserved. Tomorrow I will apply the Stock Sheen and expect the same good results. A word of advice....just follow the directions and you can't miss.
