Handcrafted of first-grade balsa wood, these are some of the finest oval floats available. Highly recommended for shark fishing as well as many other uses. Includes bobber stops. 1 pack.

Great sliding floats These floats are not made of balsa wood, - they are made of some kind of hard foam. But never mind. They are very light and easy to cast with. They keep a good balance when casting, and hardly ever makes the line tangle - unlike some heavier cigar shaped balsa floats I have tried. September 30, 2010
sails like a torpedo These floats come in numerous sizes and are highly visible. I've never been able to cast a float as far as one of these. I often fish a catfish pond where boats are not allowed and because of the aerodynamics of this float I can fish areas not accessible by most. Pick up a few; you won't be disappointed! Fixed or Slip?

Details:
Are these floats a slip float or a fixed float? I am assuming slip, but the description doesn't say.
