I have a pet pond where my little brother I go fishing. We have a special secret spot we love to fish and it is the best. I had a spring hook on my line and so did my brother. We were pitching and flipping to a spot not far from shore whre there was vegetation. We had hooks baited with our special bait and we were haveing a blast! When all of the sudden my line lost all slack and I set the hook so the fight was on. When I got the bass on shore it was 8lbs (it probably lost some weight in the fight.) As soon as I landed the bass my brother's line lost all slack and here we went again. His bass turned out to be a good 6 1/2lbs! As we went home we knew if we didn't have the hooks we would not have the bass. So I have to say I love this hook and will keep fishing it.

I was surprised how well these hooks held all of the dough balls on that i used. Very nice inovation to put a spring on there to keep the fish from getting all the bait at one time. It helps that these hooks are really sharp and hook anything that bites.

These are great Hooks, I use them quite a bit and can say once a catfish is hooked its
hooked.

I use these to hold dough bait in my 10' cat rod with 3oz. led and belive me when i say i fling the stuff out of it. and the bait still stays on. I've never been able to use dough on my big cat rod until i bought these hooks.
