I bought some discount dough hooks but the spring is always loose and and moving around. On these hooks though you get sturdy hooks and sturdy hooks that you can use again and again with no hassle,

This is my first review on this page. Never caught a Catfish before. This weekend I got 2 and both with this hook. Love it and works great for me. It's not if you catch one - it's only the question: what size :-)

Who ever invented this simple hook I hope you are rich because you deserve it. I can put a peace of dough bait on the end of a 9 foot road with 2 ounces of weight and launch it as hard as I can 140 yards out and this hook holds on to the bait like a champ. In fact I can do this mutable times before the bait finally falls off. If you use dough bait this is a must have hook!

I would like use this Spring Treble Hooks to fish a carp. Bat I need know realy size in mm. Help please.Answers
A:Â
I would not recommend this for carp fishing. Carp do not respond well to larger hooks. I would recommend using a #6 or #8 single hook that sharp and strong.Carps mouth the bait and the hooks before you can feel them on the line usually and drop the bait if they detect the hook. This hook is large for carp and it would be quickly detected.

i want a hook that i could use with different types of baitAnswers

I would not use this for chicken liver. I would stick with a regular treble hook. you could I suppose squish in the chicken liver if you do not mind getting messy. If you had a very think dip bait this hook may work. Be careful on the cast to so as not to throw of the bait. I am not sure how well dip bait would hold on the sprint once wet.
