I haven't used the slimline tree seat yet, but intend to use it when I duck hunt in the timber this year. I believe it will be the perfect seat to relieve my legs. For the price I can not go wrong.

I have used one of these for years BUT not for hunting from a treestand...best way I know to take a fall from a treestand! Great for testing safety vest!

i bought this seat to use while hunting a ground blind down in a swamp. I strapped it to a tree and sat down. The bar stayed poked into my back even after retightening the strap multiple times. I gave up on it after 30 minutes and decided that sitting on the ground in the mud, which kinda nullifies the objective of the seat, would be a better option. It has taken its place in the back corner of the gun closset along with all the rest of the hunting stuff i have bought over years that does not work like it should.
