I Got This TreeStand for $120 not a bad price would never pay $200 But Its not made 100% good. And the book that should you how to build it is a peace of Junk is hard to understand. but Like i said 120 is what i paid so im fine with it. it works for me..

The stand is good.. The problem is it takes couple hours to undestand the manual to hard for me...

The stand itself isnt bad, however, the stabilizer bar bent the first time I hunted out of the stand. When the directions didnt make sense (comapany made a last minute change to the design and didnt add it to the directions) customer service was severly lacking.
I do really like the height, large platform, and how the seat flips up so you can stand flush with the tree.
