There sure was alot of assembly for this blind. There were 4 panels for 3 sides, and then 1 panel plus a 2 peece door. Then theres the 5 roof panels. THhen a door fram. It could have been much easier by minimizing the panels to1 per side and so on. Everything is held together by nuts bolts and washers, a lot of them! This is not for the non-mechanically inclined nor those without patients. There is only one frame for the door side. I've had this blind up ona quad stand out in the woods for 3 weeks in the 90-plus degree Georgia sun. I think all sides need frames. The front lower panels are buckling inward. It may be meltin, I am! I'm going to install a small wooden from on the front panel so it stops buckling. I also installed the window kit. The windows fit well. I didnt like the bungy cord system that is used to keep the windows open and closed. I'm re-engineering something different for the securring the windows when opened and closed. For the price of this unit I'd keep looking for something sturdier and better quality.

I have not used the tree stand yet but it had easy directions to follow. I already have a platform on my property and plan to put the tree stand on it. I am 6'3 and there is pleanty of room for me . I would recomend this product
