Excellence! Just got in my net. This is an excellent net to throw. Spreads well, doesnt hang, and achieves the "bragging rights" that the company claims. I will buy another in the future. March 29, 2011
Betts 22-10 cast net This is a great net for cast netting adult bunker (menhaden, pogies) in deeper water. I have no problem netting them in 20? of water. It?s very heavy, opens easily, well constructed, and the price is fair. I definitely recommend this net to anyone. A+++++ July 17, 2006
great buy for the price I would Recemond this cast net to any fisher its heavy so it sinks quick and it dosnt spook the fish to bad ive been very sucessfull at catching bait fish June 19, 2007
Great Item! We really like these jug lines. Caught a lot of fish everytime we put them out. Really like that they flip and change to bright red when you have a fish on the line. November 2, 2010

A:
Mono is mos often chosen by fisherman. The smaller the mess the smaller the bait it will catch. A larger mesh allows the net to sink faster

5 to 6 foot nets throw about the same.
