The Bee Pop Popper's distinctive body style which includes a cupped head creates an incredibly loud popping noise which drives fish crazy. Small red and black dots mark the bottom of the Bee Pop Popper's cork body, while round rubber legs and a long tail mounted on a Mustad® hook makes this Betts popper great for big bass. 3 pack.

My favorite for flyrod! The larger fly and hook provides less hookup on smaller less desirable bluegill but gives you the extra size needed for catching a largemouth or smallmouth bass. My wife caught a 2.5lbs smalley on our first fishing trip of our vacation this week as well as over 30 bluegill on this popping bug! July 18, 2013
Very Good poppers Reading some of the previous reviews about having to have a heavier rod than a #5 is pure bunk. I use these with a 5 all the time and have no problems at all. If you read the package it states that you should use a #6 to #8 size rod anyways. To leave a low rating because you have a #5 rod is pretty durn stoopid in my opinion. These work extremely well though. The black and yellow is the most effective for me. April 19, 2011
Great Popper for Bass I've been using these poppers for several years and catching huge smallmouths. They are very difficult to cast with a light weight rod. You want a heavier rod to handle the kind of fish that go after these poppers anyway. I use an 8 wt. and they cast fine. My friend landed a decent pickerel yesterday using the black and yellow banded popper. July 26, 2010
cheap poppers They look nice with a good paint job, but ride low in the water. Accordingly, you have to work to make them "pop". May 27, 2010
