This is the absolute biggest chair I have ever found that was not a landmark in Texas. I'm extremely pleased at the size, construction, and the fabric I chose. A competitor had this chair in their show room in the DFW area and I fell in love instantly, fortunately for Bass Pro Shops they had the same chair with fabric options and free shipping. It took exactly two weeks from the date of order. I had some problems getting it delivered to my home but, I think this one thing will help you out too. *****Specify at time of order that you will need the delivery made with a Drop-Gate Truck***** otherwise you will have to have a fork lift to get it unloaded. Shipping weight was 150 lbs. take it out of the box and each piece is manageable (2 pieces) and it will easily fit through any standard residential door. Assembly was easy although no instructions were included, kept looking for hardware to tighten but discovered it just needed to be pressed down tight.
This is going to be a great chair that should last a lifetime. In addition I am 6' 9" nearly 300 lbs and suffer from neck and back pain from inferior seating, instant relief from this chair.

This a a great recliner for the big and tall only. Over 6'5" and 300 lbs., then this is the only chair for you. I'm 6'8" and 400 lbs and this is the best recliner I've ever owned or seen. Comfortable, heavy duty, and big! My wife's feet don't touch the floor and she is 5'8".
