A positive lock system makes this quality Adjustable Swivel Base easy to rotate in a complete circle and lock the swivel in at any 30° position. Product arrived on time, was exactly what i ordered and works flawlessly. I caught fish the 1st time i used the downrigger and swivel mount. Makes fishing easier and im very happy with the product. Looks great too!
