REBATE Berkley® Trilene® Sensation Line - 330 Yards
An outstanding low-stretch, small-diameter, super-strong line. Cast your small baits farther, send crankbaits deeper and have your spinnerbaits run smoother than ever before. Complex Polymer Alloy technology gives you incredible sensitivity and control. Outstanding abrasion resistance, too!

This is by far the greatest line I have ever used. Period. I am an ultralight fisherman, and I really need a low memory line like this because I almost never use any baits heavier than 1/4 Oz. This line has an extremely low amount of memory, and has the most amazing casting distance I have seen out of ANY line. The price is reasonable, and the line is great, BUY IT!

Just bought this line for the first time. Bought for top water use only just to try something new. worked will for top water after the line became real wet, the line will curl on top of the water at fist. can not say that I will buy again or not need more time on water.

I've used bright yellow line for years due to my eye sight..Nickname, "Fossil". Just wish other companies would make hivis line so I would have a choice. This Trilene is good and I don;t really have any complaints.

I plan to use 6# test on an ultra light rig for panfishing. Also does color matter in stained to clear water?Answers
A:Â
Color will sometimes matter depending on water color and specis of fish. This is because some fish have better eyesight than others. In your case I would go with a low vis green or a clear. If you would like to watch your line you could go with blaze orange and a flouro leader.A:Â
Sensation is a awesome line for panfishing so i would get sensationA:Â
pan fishing line is 2lb or 4lb not 6. the trilene sensation is good enough for any panfish you could go after... check the line diameter on the box. you might surprise yourself. sensation has a bigger diameter so you can go with a smaller test line and still have the smoothness and sensitivity desired when panfishing....Answers

Any suggestions, opinions, advice on choosing between Trilene Sensation vs. Stren Magnithin for jigging for walleyes with light tackle?Answers
A:Â
I use the 6lbs test for just about everything including for walleyes. The strength is what sold me on this line.A:Â
IMO i would go with Stren Magnathin however i would HIGHLY recommend going a little heavier because the line is so light. If you would normally use 8lb i would bump it up to 10lb or you could even get away with 12lb.I definitely liked the Magnathin over the Sensation overall tho. hope it helps!

If anyone has it on one of their rods, you can grab the line at the tip of the and see how much it stretches.Answers

A:Â
Very little stretch. I grabed the line 4in apart and I got less than 1/8in stretch.A:Â
If you want to feel true stretch you will have to pull more line out, say about ten feet than you will feel it and be able to compare with others,And My opinion is that trilene has more stretch than I like!Images for this Answer

The new sensation has less stretch but also becomes more brittle and more memory, Do you like the old line? if so I would reccomend just replacing the old with new! K.I.S.S. [Keep it simple silly]Images for this Answer

Yeah. I have Fished with alot of different colors. Green, lo-vis green, blue, and lo-vis blue is about the same as clear in the water its really for people who like to watch their line. However, I like to use red because it looks actually red in the water. Fish seem to be drawn to the sight of red and figure its blood. I know that it is hard to switch to another color, but I know that walmart sales Trilene lo-vis green if you want to stick with it.1 of 1
