Berkley Trilene 100% Fluorocarbon Professional Grade Fishing Line - 200 Yards
Amazing line but hard to handle
I should preface this review by stating that my only line management issues have come from using this line on spinning reels.
This is a very sensitive and abrasion resistant line that boasts excellent know strength. The only issue is that by nature of a "pure" fluorocarbon it is stiff. This stiffness is inherent in most flouros and is a property of the line that makes it far less visible underwater. Due to the fact that it is stiff and does not stretch much it is far more sensitive than monofilament.
I use this line whenever I am throwing a jig or a soft plastic (drop shot rigs included). It has performed great and handled some serious tests (even the 6 and 8lb tests).
In order to make the most of this line I suggest tow things.
1) manually close the bail on your spinning reel to avoid line twists and misfeeds.
2) Once you manually close the bail give a smooth pull on the line to ensure that it is tight to your spool.
I will gladly put up with these techniques for the benefit that this offers to my fishing success.
I hope this helps.

Used all different brands. Hands down the best I have found whether flipping or cranking, finesse or power. This line has good shock strength and easy to cast with baitcast and spinning reels.

Trilene 100% Fluorocarbon line is strong and very resistant to abrasion. It's an excellent fluorocarbon line. The downfalls from getting a perfect score are the price point and amount of yards given in the package. Most reels take slightly less than what is given. Whatever amount of line you have line could be used as leader material, but that's about it.

Best Fluorocarbon on market
Have used for 3 years. Does not break as easily as other fluorocarbons. Great product.
