"The scientists at Berkley have been working on PowerBait for years, constantly making it better. There's absolutely no soft plastic on the market that catches more fish." Larry Nixon 1983 Bassmaster Classic® Champion
You wanted the original colors back, we listened! Same color names, made the way you want. And, with the Berkley PowerBait Advantage, fish hold on 18 times longer! The go-to bait for serious smallmouth anglers. Tentacles provide subtle, lively motion. Hollow tube can be filled with attractant for a more powerful presentation.

I have tried a lot of tubes for smallmouths and this one is the best. It is soft textured and the plastic is not too thick. I use the 3 and 4 inch models in pumpkinseed, green pumpkin and smoke. Up here on the St-Lawrence, it is the tube that is used the most by smallmouth fishermen.

I started using these tubes three years ago in my local river, the mighty grand. I like to let the tube bounce downstream and wait for it too get hammered by a smallie. I have had many 20-30 fish days on this tube and would recommend it to any avid bass angler as it really does produce when deadsticked or bottom bounced or even lightly twitched.

I love these tubes rigged with a 1/16oz bullet weight and a 3/0 hook. They can't be fished wrong. I have tried many different presentations and almost all work. Great for flipping, jigging with slow fall along weedbeds, great for pulling fish off of any type of structure. Recently took 2nd place in a club tournament because of these baits.
My biggest drawback to the baits is that they don't come in the bulk packs like some of the Powerbait worms... Berkley... if you're watching I WANT BULK PACKS!!!!!

All tube baits that I have ever used are hollow. These particular baits are hollow with 100% certainty. This is one of the great qualities of the bait. When the fish bites it, it squishes as if it were real.
I use Bass Pro Shop's XPS Tender Tube hooks which have the weight on them already. I like to use the 1/4 oz with the 4/0 hook. The quarter weight will make it fall fast, but if you want it to fall slower you want to get the 1/16 weight with the 2/0 hook or the 1/8 weight with the 3/0 hook.
