Berkley PowerBait Crappie Sparkle Nibbles
good bait, I use them with minnows and also tip my jigs with them

I love the regular nibbles but these are bad news. They are very soft and if your hand has any moisture on them, the glitter transfers from your bait to you and your skin and it will not come off. I came home from fishing and had to convince my wife that I didn't go to the disco, I really did go fishing.

Excellent Bait with or Without a Jig
Found these to be an excellent pan fish bait with or without a jig. In truth I found these work better on a small hook (Size 8) with one or two nibbles, float fished near cover and let the fish come to the bait, rather than trying to work it into cover (which will cause the bait to come off).
Yes they come off on the strike more often than not, yes the sparkles come off after 10 minutes in the water - but, more often than not, your hook won't be in the water that long. Recently had several 1lb plus Crappie fall to a single nibble on a size 8 hook fished by some cover. Most times the fish hit so hard they set the hook without me!
5 Bucks for a couple of hundred pellets - to me that is good value.

Amazing product. These out preformed waxies and worms hands down. On a local backwater that's heavily pressured these made the difference. The glitter does fall off a little too quickly but it did seem to make the difference compared to the other nibbles with out the sparkle.
The pic here shows the 1+ pounder i picked up on the last cast (even with basketball palming hands she looks huge). This is great product and perfect for gills on their beds during the spawn. Highly recommend picking up a jar of these for any panfish outing.
