Berkley PowerBait Crappie Sparkle Nibbles
Touche Bass Pro. I was skeptical when your salesmen convinced me to purchase these nibbles.....now I am happy I can be so gullible. Fished these nibbles on a dart under a slip-bobber and pulled in a 8-10lb beast! I was trying for crappie, but I'll take the Bass! I don't even care about the sparkles on my hand!

Amazing product. These out preformed waxies and worms hands down. On a local backwater that's heavily pressured these made the difference. The glitter does fall off a little too quickly but it did seem to make the difference compared to the other nibbles with out the sparkle.
The pic here shows the 1+ pounder i picked up on the last cast (even with basketball palming hands she looks huge). This is great product and perfect for gills on their beds during the spawn. Highly recommend picking up a jar of these for any panfish outing.

I used to use plain white nibbles until I came across the silver sparkle nibbles which are the best of both worlds!! I love fishing with these b/c I dont like to use crickets or worms and unlike live bait, you can keep a jar in your tackle box. I love the sparkle nibbles b/c when the glitter comes off, you have a regular white nibble that the fish just love. I have caught bream, crappie, bass and other types of panfish on these. I leave the lid off of them a little while I am fishing and it makes them firmer and will stay on your hook longer. I absolutely love this product and I hope that Berkeley will never stop selling them!

Form over Function
Absolute waste of money! Great concept, but the Sparkles come off as soon as you touch the small baits. After one cast they are just gooey white marshmellows and you get the pleasure having tiny sparkles all over your hands, face, boat, carpet, clothes, etc. I understand they are supposed to drift off the bait and resemble fish scales, but this happens too fast and is messier than than live worms!
I will stick to the regular Pink Nibbles. They work OK even though the color comes off after a while too, but that is to be expected after a few checks and recasts. My kids thought they were cool looking, so they get 1 Star. Perhaps if Berkely is reading you may want to mix the sparkles in the dough and not just topcoat them. My 2 cents.
