how hot does it get and can it light a fireAnswers
A:
I found that out of the box, when it was at its best, it could probably give you enough heat to create embers that could be fanned into a fire. It would be a finesse fire start, nothing easy. But no, it's definitely not hot enough to cause larger materials to burn or create a flame. It's also highly unreliable. It has great heat for a few minutes and then the batteries are drained and it's useless.

It heats up to 1200 degrees! I don't know if you can start a fire, because the element is very small. I suppose you might be able to light a small piece of straw or something like that, but I really doubt it!1 of 1
