Rated 5 out of 5 by Great swimbait This product works very well, this is the first time I have used a soft swimbait like this, needless to say the product package wasn't very helpful on suggestions for rigging this bait. Luckily a quick internet search steered me in the right direction and I had it rigged up in no time. As far as realistic movement the sick fish nails it and it can be rigged as a weedless to work the thick cover in late summer. I would definitely purchase this product again. April 13, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by best minnow bait i am not very good at the minnow bait swim ait thing but this lure is so eay to make it look life like you dont have to be good i tried this out a few days ago on a carolina rig with a floating jig head and caught 3 weighing about 1 and half pounds each. great lure over alll March 5, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by good product I like the feel of this product. I haven't used this product yet but I plan on using it this spring. I think that it will perform as well as advertised. February 5, 2013

Rigging

Details:
Just wondering the best way to rig these guys up ? Where it has the dorsal fin, not sure if the usual "texas style" will work.

For Texas rig, you need a deep belly hook. I use a 4/0 or 5/0 Owner Beast hook, unweighted.

i use a football head jig in deep gravel flats and the a caroling rig with a floating jig head around stumps and docks. and also just a normal circle hook weedless style no extra weight through weed beds. texas rig would work i think

Hopefully this will help you out a bit. I was also wondering the same question and did a little research of my own. With these baits you can run them weedless or with a standard jighead or best by using a Umbrella rig, texas or even carolina rigging.
