by AJHauser Looks Great - Lacks Action
This thing looks absolutely amazing, but the action is almost non-existent. Not a HUGE deal, I mean you can add your own action with a heavy, popping jighead for example... but in my experience this is not for finesse at all: and therefore not as versatile as a standard tube or fluke.
Did I mention it looks amazing though?
It does. It looks flippin' amazing.

My wife watched a fishing demo while i was shopping for a new reel one day and told me this is the lure you need to buy, reluctantly I did. First time out in April I caught 2 smallies and a northern out of the river in about 20 minutes time. So I went and got another pack.Yesterday I was out and it was slow fishing but I caught 3 large mouth and had numerous other short strikes. The other gentleman in the boat caught nothing using his best stuff. He just came saying that must be a great bait. I think I'll buy him a pack. I'm going to Minnesota fishing in a couple of weeks I think I'll buy me another pack. I use the 3 inch ghost minnow

I thought this bait looks the same as the LC trash fish it has to be at least decent... WRONG. Rigged on the same jig heads I've used for years for the little creepers version these things swim on their side and spin circles and they are sooooo stiff you'd have to real them so fast to make the tail wag the realism wouldn't even matter...... I spent about $25 buying these things but I would gladly buy 2 packs of the LC trash fish and actually get to use them than waste my money on these ever again................ Berkley did get the beat shad right though, those things are just as good as the keitechs and only cost $2.99. homerun on the beat shad... a big strikeout on the sick fish
