  • Pro designed
  • Designed for increased action and maximum water disturbance
  • Great multi-purpose bait
Designed by professional angler Bobby Lane, the Havoc Craw Fatty from Berkley is a versatile "go-to" bait that makes use of some enhanced design characteristics. First, it has bigger ribs and a wider body for increased action and maximum disturbance in the water. Second, a thinner design in the plastic body contributes to flawless hook-sets. A great multi-purpose bait, Craw Fatty can be flipped, pitched, punched, used as a jig trailer, or rigged Texas- or Carolina-style. Made in USA.
Rated 4.7 out of 5 by 23 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by great craw I've been impressed. This craw has great action. For the most part i've used it as a jig trailer for football and flipping jigs, its caught a lot of fish. The big concern here is durability, they rip apart in the middle a lot, although I can get more use by turning it around. And that durability isn't a huge concern when its $2.99 a pack!!! Gotta like that part. December 27, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by There is better competition. Don't get me wrong this is a decent craw when flipped or pitched. Colors are great and has good hooksets because of the thinner body. However I think it's an average craw because of the no-scent factor. With scent this craw would be even better. December 5, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by GREAT BAIT I PURCHASED THIS BAIT ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO AND HAVE HAD GREAT FISHING WITH IT. I TEXAS RIG IT WITH A LIGHT SINKER SO IT FALLS SLOW. IT WORKS GREAT FOR ME I LIKE ALL COLOORS. September 9, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great on Carolina Rigs I have used these on Carolina rigs when I ran out of the Berkely Craws. I caught some great bass. I now make sure I have some of these when I have a tournament. I have only put them on the Carolina rig though I'm sure they will do just fine on a Texas rig. They don't last as long as some other Berkley baits. A couple 3+ pound bass and you will need to change to a new Havoc. They disintegrate pretty fast when they get chewed on. Won't stay on the hook after a couple good fish. August 30, 2013

A:
Absolutely BUT I frequently catch catfish while using them. I prefer to use trailers on jigs I can add the scent of my choice to.

A:
It has a pretty good presentation when its fished on a Caroling rig but it is much better on a Texas rig because the flapping arms on the bait seem to flutter much more with the weight being right next to it and dragging it down.

I would think so because it is a multi-purpose bait.
