Berkley® Havoc® Beat Shad
I use this trailer on a lot of my swim jigs and even on a rage blade and catch a lot of fish on it. the only problem is it tears extremely easy. the four stars comes from the amount per pack is nice as well as an unbeatable price. well worth it. I would have to say the keitech swim impact fat is a bit more sturdy but its also more expensive. so these are definitely not a bad option if you are first breaking into the swim jig game

I rig these on a swim jig head and they have great action. If you fish ponds these can't be best. The only problem I've had with these is that they don't last long. If you get one short strike it tends to rip pretty bad. But usually you can get 5 or 6 quality fish out of 1 bait.

This bait is GREAT. I found them when looking for for Keitech Swing Impact. The Beat Shad worked just as well or better when fished side by side. One of the best Bass lures I've ever used bar none. Whether casting, trolling, or drifting they just catch fish. Color selection is important. .

Let me start by saying I am a big Havok Bait fan. I picked up the Beat Shad before going to a tourney and during the tourney I tied one on just to try it and let me tell you-- it worked. Bait action is great and lure works good in cover when rigged Texas style. My partner was throwing a bait close to the Beat Shad but I was catching 3 fish to his one. I know that maybe presentation might having something to do with it but when I tossed him one he went to sticking fish the same I was. We finished 8th out of 66 teams using this bait and got a really good paycheck. The major problem is the bait is soft, really soft. Smallie Bass would rip it in half. I could only average about 2 fish on one bait. I can tell you also that you cannot repair them either. I tried to glue them, melt them and pin them back together and they just won't fix!! Will I buy more? I already have!! I am in high hopes that Berkley will continue to make them but come up with a material in bait so they are more durable.
