How should I rig these?

I live in San Diego where ghost shrimp are great live bait, but take time to catch. How can I rig these to get a good bite?

On a jig...insert hook in end of tail and thread on to jig with hook coming out the top of the shrimp's back.

Rig through the back so the front is facing backward make sure the shrimp body is slightly curled
