Floating formula keeps eggs off bottom, in strike zone
2 oz. jar
In addition to being saturated in Berkley's potent Gulp! Alive! formula, these Gulp! Alive! Floating Salmon Eggs offer the added strike-drawing appeal of garlic scent. This combination of the garlic scent and Gulp! Alive! formula creates a deadly one-two punch that trout and steelhead simply can’t refuse. Floating Salmon Eggs closely resemble real salmon eggs and are the perfect baits when the bite's hot on top. Plus, Gulp! Alive! Floating Salmon Eggs are marinated in Berkley's proven Gulp! Alive! attractant, so they absorb 20% attractant which makes them 20% more potent. And when you’re done catching, simply put the Gulp! Alive! Floating Salmon Eggs back in the jar to recharge for another day. For optimal egg presentation, we suggest that you use a #10 or smaller egg hook when fishing Gulp! Alive! Floating Salmon Eggs. 2 oz. jar.
Rated 3 out of 5Â by Chockpish1 Better for trout than smelt!
I tried them for smelt on the ice, the work, but not as good as the non garlic scented ones! They seem to work for trout OK, bur I only used them s few times, not enough to compare!

Purchased this product when I first started trout fishing and had no luck with it. Just made my fingers smell like garlic. On the same day I gave up on this bait I use Balls Of Fire, Salmon Eggs and was catching them back to back. May work for you but didn't wok for me. Good Luck out there.

Salmon eggs are not popular among carp, but carp will pick up a small chunk the same way they would pick up some corn or dough bait. Eggs definitely do not get as many bites as some of the other popular carp baits, but they will work if you want to try them.
