Berkley FireLine Fishing Line - 1500 Yards - Crystal
Not so super
I bought a small spool of this in the 4lb variety for my ultralight fishing after reading that it had a very low memory and wouldn't hairball my reel like mono. I learned in short order that this wasn't the case. It did as bad or worse in that category as the Trilene XL that it replaced.
On the positive side, it IS strong. That "4 lb" line will cut you before you will pull it in two.
I gave it just 2 stars because for my uses, it's no better than mono. Your mileage may vary.

Not up to Berkley standards
I purchased the original Fireline years ago when Berkley first introduced it to the market. This Crystal is simply not the same quality. I'm not an expert on braided lines but this line almost literally disintegrates in your hand. Knot strength is fine but it does not hold up as well under normal use as the original or its rival PowerPro.

Not invisible - but still good
This is my favorite line but it's not invisible, it's white. I actually like the whiteness because it makes it visible to me for line watching. Here's a tip. Go to a craft store and buy a black fabric magic marker. Use it to color the last 10 feet of line. Now you have the best of both worlds, you can see it but the fish can't.
