Berkley Big Game Monofilament Leader
Berkley Big Game Monofiliment leader material is more of a fish leash-er than a leader. If you have picked the appropriate pound test to match your rod, reel, drag setting, main line and terminal rigging there is just no way a fish is getting off this leash!
A great leader material when salmon fishing with flashers and dodgers, it's stiff nature will really get your houchy or Ace High Fly swinging!
Very resistant to abrading in rocky environs. A good jetty fishing shock leader material that will save your main line and probably help you pull a few more fish through the rip rap.
When tying up rigs using 30 pound test or greater and it is cold out, warm up the leader section that you will be knoting by pulling it briskly through a soft cloth or paper towel. Then lubricate it and tie your knot while the line is "warmed up". It will cinch down much better and greatly enhance knot strength.
The leader wheels are excellent at containing the line and very convienient.

WILL NOT BREAK
This is all that I use for sharks and rays here on the central coast of California. Mostly use the 60 pound for bat rays and leopards and 150 pound for the big guys, i.e threshers.

Simple basic mono leader that works
I use this stuff when fishing topwaters on superlines or lighter mono rigs. It holds up and makes for a strong loop knot connection to the lure in place of a split ring.
