best electric fillet knife blades i have found. i like them because they are thin and flexable and the knife dont seem to heat up when using them

These blades are much better, cut faster, use less effort, to filet fish than the standard blades which come with the set. I go through a set of blades per season usually heavy boned fish around 500-600 and the smaller pan fish 1200-1500 per season. I'll be getting another set soon.
