Berkley 110-Volt Electric Fillet Knife
I bought the deluxe model that has the 12 volt and 110 adapters with case last Christmas. I just used it on a fishing trip. To my surprise the unit did not have any power? I can pinch the two knifes together and stop the motor! I could not clean one fish with it. The Engineers at Berkley better take a good look at this one because it falls short of being functional! Sorry Berkley for the black eye, but it is useless!

Nice fillet knife.
Extremely sharp. Cuts and turns well in meat. Works well on catfish with a little practice.

butter knife blades
I purchases 2 knives at a good price, 1 at the camp &1 at the house. I clean a lot of fish, bass, cat, & redfish. I didn't get a year out of the blades before they got bad. One of the knives sounds like its going to stop at any time. Bought the slim blades and put it in the trash. The 2 eletric knives are fixing to go there also. They are changing blade notchs on the blade from 2 to 1 notch on the blade latch. Will that make a difference?????

better than older model
Knife works fast and has ample power--even for large fish. Surprised that Bass Pro would send a product that had been sliced open.. The cord is way too short for comfortably filleting fish. Must have been a Berkely Quality Assurance problem that they are now aware of.
