Beretta® uses a reliable tilt-breech system on the PX4 Storm Sub-Compact Semi-Auto Pistol to keep it as slim and lightweight as possible, as opposed to the rotating barrel design used on the full-sized PX4 Storm. The tilt-breech system works to dissipate the recoil in the web of the hand and reduce muzzle rise. The PX4 Sub-Compact semi-automatic pistol shoots in either double or single action mode, and is equally suited for concealed carry, home defense, and recreational shooting. The Sub-Compact PX4 Storm features a lightweight, corrosion resistant, fiberglass-reinforced polymer frame that includes an integral Picatinny rail for rapid attachment of tactical lights and laser sights. Interchange backstraps allow a perfect fit to any sized hand; the PX4 Storm has an ambidextrous slide lock and safety, and the magazine release is reversible. The slide has a durable Bruniton™ non-reflective black finish that provides superior corrosion resistance, ideal for concealed carry use where the firearm can be exposed to perspiration on a daily basis. The gun's stainless steel barrel resists corrosion and requires less maintenance. 3-dot sights provide quick target acquisition, and both front and rear sights are dovetailed into the slide, allowing user to easily change them with after market night sights. The Beretta PX4 Storm Sub-Compact Semi-Auto Pistol uses a double-stacked magazine with a hinged baseplate for the pinky, if needed. Full-sized PX4 Storm magazines can also be used with the sub-compact model. Comes with 2 magazines.

Very Good The 9mm shot 1000 rounds gun operated great the first time out. Enjoyed shooting never had a low left problem August 17, 2012
outstanding 2000 rounds of mix ammo. 115 gr blaze, 124 gr, 147 gr magdot +p,bad ammo and not one single issue. Accurate and on target, those who shot low is because of their trigger pull. When you need it to fire it will be there for u with out hesitation. Improper pistol handling and training will cause bad habits and misses March 31, 2012
Good Purchase I bought this in .40 S&W a few weeks ago and it shoots well. No issues I haven't had any if the low shooting issues that the two others are having. January 16, 2012
Could be better I bought this handgun to use as my conceal carry. The first time I fired it, I thought I was the reason it was shooting low and left. The second time I took it to the range it was still shooting low and left. I had the person next to me shoot it and he said the same thing...low and left. Then I went and got the range master and had him shoot it. The result...6" low and 2" right at 5 yards!! Spoke with a gunsmith who stated that the left condition could be fixed, but the low could not. I would just have to compensate for it. Great! January 7, 2012

Yes, this can be done however, why buy such a cheap laser that will not hold up to any abuse at all.

If your using this weapon to punch holes in paper, thats fine. If you are going to use this weapon for protection of ones life......Buy something that will hold its point of aim, not get bent with normal use and doesnt look ugly as sin.

The handle on the Baretta PX4 looks to short. My brother has a Glock that came with a short handle and he simply attached to the bottom of the magazine an attachment. Is this a possibility with the PX4? I want to have full control with my whole hand.

Try some after market sellers. Its like getting parts for my Ford (XD 9mm SC) and your driving a Maserati (PX4) Not a huge aftermarket. Try the 17 or 20 round clip. Your SC will take all PX mags.

Mine came with 2 magazines, one of which had a component at he bottom of the mag that flipped down and made room for the pinkie. Works great. Check YouTube or Beretta's website for good visuals.
I have the PX4 in F series and SubCompact -- they have performed flawlessly with over 4000 rounds each.
