Beretta® A400 Xplor Unico Kick-Off Shotgun
Just about Perfect
If it hits your cheek then you are holding it wrong. This gun hardly kicks, because of the dampening system, which causes a slight ring when firing. Only gun on the market that cycles this fast, reliably with all loads, weighs nothing, and low recoil. However if you only need to shoot one load, and don't mind weight, then other guns may be more suitable.

I've owned the A400 for 18 months and have killed a lot of geese and ducks plus upland birds with it, so far it's performed perfectly with every thing from clay target loads to heavy Remington 3 1/2" shells.
The kick-off system works great, the gun handles well in all conditions.

Best shotgun by far
This shotgun was everything it claimed to be! I bought this shotgun about 2 months ago and have put around 1,000 rds through it already. Have not had one problem with it. Took it straight out of the box and shot 2 3/4 1 oz target loads through it. It shoots like a dream it's very light and the kick-off system is incredible!

Italians did it again
Italians known for their shotguns and this is no exception. Took some getting used to but first time out was literally a blast. Swings like a good song. Having several Berratas, Winchester, et al this one is the smoothest. Would have given 5 star but the safety placement is different for me and will take some getting used to. Also first time loading took some learning but phased through that quickly. Probalby will move it to 5 star once I clean and disassemble and put back together. The light weight, nice, especially if in the field all day. Noticed no problem with triger pull. Extremely fast action. Handles heavy loads like a breeze. The turkish walnut, beautiful. In fact you hate to use it but once you do you will get over that quickly...so buy another for looks.
