Does this Actuator unit come complete with the indicator wire and fitting attached to the upper hinge?

The indicator wire is is attached to the coil inside the actuator and is either green or red. Red and green indicate starboard and port side. I need to make sure this is the complete unit and not just a replacement (shell). I have attached a file to show the wire at the back side of the upper hinge.
