Nitro Piston 2 System
Engineered to deliver quiet power with less noise and cocking force, the Nitro Piston 2 puts more performance in air rifles. An innovative split piston design, the Nitro Piston 2 employs 31% more air volume to boost power and effective shooting range. This innovative design uses a reversed piston for less friction and unified movement, polymer tail guides to eliminate metal-to-metal contact, and a Recoil Arrest™ vibration dampener. It all adds up to more power, less vibration for greater accuracy, quieter shots, and a 10 lb. reduction in cocking force.

defective already uploaded some pictures of how I get the rifle but basspro does not want to show them June 17, 2014
S.B.D. What a Blast! I have had this for a month now, and I really like it for pest control. But it would be a little heavy to carry in the woods. It is very quiet for taking care of business without the neighbors getting into yours. I put a piece of leather around the chamber to cut the mechanical noise even further. I have had good success with Crossman Premier Pointed Pellets 14.3 gr. and am going to try Premier Ultra Magnum Domed next. I replaced the scope with a Simmons 4-12X40AO. November 1, 2014
great air rifle Shot this for the first time today very impressed. Very accurate holds 1/2 inch groups at 50 feet using Benjamin 14.3 grain hollow points easy. Scope it came with is actually pretty darn good, I was really shocked. Cocking effort is not bad for the power it makes. The trigger is a huge improvement from prior generations, feel like a real rifle trigger. I took a single shot at a wood fence 3/8 inch think pressure treated lumber, made a clean hole in the front and blew out about a nickel size exit, very powerful. The wood stock is very well made, solid and shoulders very nicely, feels great. June 15, 2014
Deadly, I think I bought this to rid the back yard of ground hogs. I think, with a well placed shot (ear hole) I can achieve this goal come summer. But, in the meantime, with regard to thinning the back yard squirrel population, DEAD ON! Site in the scope and from 35 yards plus. It is ALL over! December 4, 2014
