this is a high quality hunting knife that i look forward to using in the field in the near future. Nice solid construction, razor sharp D2 blade and gut hook, nice textured g10 grip, overall good balance. Nice black leather sheath included also. Its the quality one would expect from Benchmade.

the finish of this knife is excellent. gut hook works great on all kinds of things but looks hard to sharpen. do not lend this knife to your friends as they will use the gut hook to open beer bottles. handle has superior grip when covered in blood but requires thorough washing. still sharp so far. seems like the kind of knife i will have forever.
