All ICS arrows use inserts which glue inside the shaft, rather than the outserts used on other carbon arrows, for better alignment and truer flight.

This all I use and have never had any problems. I cut and recut my arrows to fit my type of broadheads, and have to replace the inserts. They always work out great, very easy to work with.

It appears there is no standard dimensions for inserts and/or nocks for both arrows and bolts.Can you provide the outside measurements and in the case of inserts their thread pitch? Thanks.
