I have a large FN .308 with a bull barrel, and this product did not fit my gun. Ironically, the only piece that fit right was the barrel. The fore end and stock covers were too small. Therefore I had to return the item.

I purchased the rifle kit many years ago and just ordered two more for use as christmas presents. The neoprene stock guard is very comfortable compared to the nylon guards, fits very snug on my 700 BDL, holds the 300 WM shells very well, and of course helps protect the stock.
I like the idea of the nylon piece that fits over the barrel on the foregrip guard to help prevent trapping moisture and allowing the same to vent. I do remove all three pieces at the end of the season and might do so during a hunt if exposed to enough moisture.
The neoprene needs to be carefully slit in the proper spot to expose sling studs when initially placing the guards. Not the easiest to get on but that may be why the fit is nice and snug.
When my original set wears out (which will probably be from taking them on and off) I will definitely purchase another set.

i got one of these for my .223 and 12 guage. the rifle kit fits perfectly and looks great at the same time protecting it. the shot gun cover is alright. the only disadvantage to the shot gun cover is that the extra neoprene covering the pump makes it somewhat awkward when pumping a new shell into the chamber other than that there both great. i like how you can carry extra shells on the but of the guns too.

I bought the 3 piece kit for my Howa 223 rifle. The kit was very easy to install and was obviously well developed. My shooting partners thought I bought a new gun and decided to order the kit for their own rifles. I would recommend this kit for anyone looking for an inexpensive, easy to install camo kit that will not damage any part of your rifle or shotgun.

My experience has been very good. During a trip the rifle is in and out of the gun case and truck, packed around the hills, and I have never lost a cartridge. To keep the neoprene elastic, I always remove the cartridges at the end of the season. The neoprene seems to hold the cartridges nicely.Answers

the barrel piece is made for just barrel, if you have something like a marlin it may not. the other pieces will fit, i'd just be wary of the barrel piece
