Rated 5 out of 5 by Basspro saved my season Bought the Bear Charge, limb broke due to release loop failure. Basspro guys skipped normal procedure and exchanged it. Then they offered this bow at no extra cost and set it up for me. All this 2 days before my 2 days of elk season in Colorado. Practiced the day before and off I went. The bow is quiet, smooth, and FAST. It's also not a problem to carry. End result; one dead elk. Thanks to the BassPro folks for taking the time and going the extra mile. Thanks to Bear for a bow I will hang onto for a while. January 13, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best bow around This Bow is Fast , and extremely quiet. Not to mention that it looks awesome! I really appreciate the professionals at the Ft.Myers Bass Pro shop for setting it up for me. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Bow This is a great bow! Being new to Compound shooting, I put my trust in the BPS team to get me setup and going. Only having the bow 5 days, I have already split an arrow at 25 yards! Thats really good because i just started shooting. The bow is easy to use, comes with great excessories, and priced decently. The only thing I would change is getting a drop-away instead of a WB. Very great bow, I will definentally lean towards Bear for any future bows. December 1, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome Bow This is my first Fred Bear bow and im very satisfied with everything that comes with the package. Shoots extremely fast even down to 65 lbs ,I use my top 10 yard pin to also shoot with at 30 yards. I used to shoot an older Hoyt but this is awesome for the price. Good job Fred Bear!! Im a fan. A:
The max draw length IS 26"-31" But when a manufacture ships the bow without the users measured draw length it will usually be set at 29"
Hope this helps!

The Bear site is definitely correct. Have checked multiple sites that all have it listed as 26-31 inches.Of course It's always safe to get it straight from the horse's mouth, the Bear website. There are no modules to buy, so this has nothing to do with BPS having certain modules. Only need a bow press for half inch increments. It's just a matter of hooking the string onto a different post to achieve the half inch difference.
