Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Starter Kit Bought this as a Christmas present for an 8 y/o and it has been a great gift. It's easy for him to use, well made and has provided hours of fun for him so far. If you are looking for a fun, easy to use starter bow to get your kids interested in archery, this is the kit for you. January 4, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by Almost perfect! The bow is just what I was looking for. It's just for my daughter to shoot targets but has plenty of power. I'd suggest addinf another arrow and also the arrow case is a bit cheesy. Something over the shoulder and deeper would work better. December 28, 2010
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great product I bought this for my 14 year son for Christmas. He wanted a long bow that he could use for practice. He really likes it and it was a good price. Arrived quickly! December 27, 2010
Rated 5 out of 5 by great bow This bow is remarkable and outstanding. It shoots great and the price suits the current state of the economy. The Crusader is a great choice for any archer, young or old, beginner or expert. I would recommend this bow to anyone and everyone. November 21, 2010

A:
20# is not sufficient for anything other than very small game, and the arrows are target point only. At very close range, with blunts, small game might be a possibility, but remote.

Staff Answer
A:
No, the draw weight for this bow is on 10-20 pounds. You would need a heavier draw for hunting. This bow is good for teaching youth how to shoot a bow.

They are not suction cup ends. They are the silver bullet tip type. Not the sharp field arrow tips but the round blunt type.
