Got this set for my daughter (age 10) and its just right. Good price and the bow is good quality. Arm guard/quiver is a little cheap but the bow itself is worth the money.

Bought this as a Christmas present for an 8 y/o and it has been a great gift. It's easy for him to use, well made and has provided hours of fun for him so far. If you are looking for a fun, easy to use starter bow to get your kids interested in archery, this is the kit for you.

The bow is just what I was looking for. It's just for my daughter to shoot targets but has plenty of power. I'd suggest addinf another arrow and also the arrow case is a bit cheesy. Something over the shoulder and deeper would work better.

20# is not sufficient for anything other than very small game, and the arrows are target point only. At very close range, with blunts, small game might be a possibility, but remote.A:Â
No, the draw weight for this bow is on 10-20 pounds. You would need a heavier draw for hunting. This bow is good for teaching youth how to shoot a bow.Answers
