I wanted a bow my son could shoot at age 9, and still be able to take a deer with when he was able to pull more weight. This year at age 11 he took his first deer with a bow. It is very easy to adjust both the weight and draw. Highly recommend.

I am a first time archer that just bought this bow last week for myself and I love it already. It is very light weight and easy to handle. I have shot it twice this week and I am already shooting a 2" grouping at 20 yards with a 38 lb pull.
I am using all the equipment that the bow came with and I just bought a truglo stabilizer and sling.
I would be very comfortable buying this same package for my 8 and 9 year old kids to shoot.

I bought this bow for my 11yr old daughter last year for Christmas. This was her first bow and she practiced all year long for this deer season. She has already " Robin hooded" an arrow with it and is shooting a tight group at 20yds. We went out in our ground blind on opening day and she shot her first deer with her bow at 20yds. This is a great bow for anyone wanting to get there kids into hunting, I really like the fact that she can grow into the bow, because of the settings for the draw length and poundage variance.
