Going into the wilderness?? Be sure to navigate as you explore. There is only one way to have freedom outdoors-----knowing where you are going and where you have been. Map and compass---know them well--they are your friends in a strange land. This book will let that happen--I have used it often and it has never let me down. One of the easiest and most knowledgable books upon map and compass----buy it !!!!!!!!!
