I am on my fourth pair. Wear them every day for work. They are light weigh, waterproff and hold a shine well. Very comfortable.
I would recomend then to anyone that is on their feet for long periods of time. Five stars in my book

I've probably added an extra star because Bates Tactical which I've previously owned are perhaps the best boots I've ever owned especially on ice. No wonder some U.S.A. S.W.A.T. teams actually wear them. These paticular pair of bates are just for work and very comprable to any others for the price.

I put these boots on and went to work with out a break in period, (I know that isn't recommended for new foot wear) and found no discomfort at all by the end of my shift. I work a 7/12 shift in the prison system. I would recommend these boots to anyone that is on their feet for long periods of time. They are light weight and extremely comfortable

was a little skeptical about ordering shoes without
trying on, but they fit. very little break-in period.
comfortable and light. haven't had them long enough
to know how well they will hold up yet. hope to get a year out of them.
