These great-looking little cranks are guaranteed to turn on the biggest panfish in your favorite creek, pond or lake! The Mini Minnow can be worked on top or subsurface for great wounded baitfish action.
Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 19 reviewers.
Rated 3 out of 5 by decent bait this bait get me some good bites but it doesn't have a good hook up: bites ratio, I've tried to put a bigger hook on it but it ruins the action January 19, 2009
Rated 4 out of 5 by Little fish for big fish I like this lure, the reason I gave it four stars is because it doesn't cast a great distance nor does it dive all that deep. This doesn't mean it doesn't catch fish because it does! I've caught bass and panfish. September 6, 2008
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shallow running lure This lure really got some bluegill excited and I caught my first bluegill on it. Unfortunately one of my girls lost it before we had a chance to test it out on any other fish. But for as inexpensive as it is you don't have to worry about losing these. August 4, 2008
Rated 4 out of 5 by great in shallow waters Fist i want to start off by saying that i would give it four and half stars if a could. This bait is great if you are fishing in really shallow waters, the only thing i would improve is making it dive deeper, at lest 5 1/2 feet, it will dive a about 2 feet at max, and that's not to good if you're fishing at about 3:00 in deep waters. I however did catch a few 8 to 9 inch blue gills, but i would have caught bigger ones if i could dive deeper, i could see them in deeper water, but, sadly the bait would not go deep enough. I would recommend getting a Bass Pro Shops® Tourney Special Micro Light Mini Crank Baits instead of this, it still super cheep and works much better for bigger, and more fish. July 23, 2008

Weight??

Details:
I want to know what the actual weight of these things is. On the package I saw at BPS it said 1/16oz. But in the description for the lure here on the website it says 1/6oz. And on the order specifications here on the website it says 3/16oz. What is the actual weight???

Dives about 2". If you stop retrieving, they float to top, which the fish seem to like.

6 inches to 2 feet is the average depth. If you crank it up stream you may be able to get it down to three feet. This is not stellar for trout but if they are agressivly feeding they will eat this.

It really depends on the forage in your body of water. For me, I fish in farm ponds, and small lakes, I would choose 12 and 52. They look like the bass, sunnies, and minnows around me. I would suggest those two.
