Disappointed The pliers and cutter look fairly durable and functional but haven't tried them yet. I tend to think however the small springs between the handles will fall out. Aside from being stainless steel I bought this product because it had a pouch to keep the tools at-hand while fishing. This pouch material is extremely cheap and the metal belt clip is not functional. Will take it back to the store for a refund. May 23, 2013
Stainless Tool Kit The pliers and cutter work fairly well, but the opening spring fell out the second time I used the pliers. The case for the two items is a joke. The clip on the case is a worthless; I'm looking for a good replacement. I don't recommend buying the item. May 5, 2012
Best tool kit for the money. Tools are stainless which is hard to get at this price point. The holster they came with is a great addition. I mounted the holsters on the fishing seat posts in the bass boat, that way everyone has thier own. They are right there when you need em. May 25, 2010
Good set to have. I would not trust the holster which could be better built and designed. The pliers and cutter set is very good quality and built strong. Cutter does not come sharp enough but is easily sharpened. Very nice handles. Durable and priced right. December 16, 2012

I have found that most people put the side cutters in the front one and the needle nose in the back pocket.

Since they both are 6'' tools then it would not matter which pocket. I would put the tool I used the most in the front pocket.
